André Ferreira Peixoto is a business administrator, graduate of IBMEC and possesses professional experience at BR Malls, Casa & Vídeo, Bravante, Leader, Contax, and C&C.
Fabio Ferrante holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from IBMEC/RJ; an MBA in Strategic Planning from COPPEAD/UFRJ, with an extension from the University of San Diego; an MBA in Project Management from FGV/RJ; and a postgraduate degree in Administration from FGV/RJ. Furthermore, he is a Management Consultant at Falconi/INDG.
Daniel Passos de Melo holds a degree in Economics, with a specialization in Economics and Finance from IBMEC-RJ. Over the past 10 years, he has worked in the retail sector, serving in roles such as Director of Logistics and Commercial Director. He also gained experience in the finance department of a large corporation, where he assisted in structuring a Shared Services Center (SSC)—as well as in the financial market, specifically within the equity research sector.

Marcelo Rodrigues Marques is the co-founder of Mobly. He worked in strategic consultancy at A.T.Kearney and founded other technology companies and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanic-aeronautic engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica – ITA and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Victor Pereira Noda is the co-founder of Mobly, with more than fifteen years of experience in the technology area. Before founding Mobly, Victor Pereira Noda was a management consultant at Booz & Co. and founded other technology companies, including GlossyBox. Mr. Noda holds a bachelor’s degree from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, or POLI-USP, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Leonardo Gasparin is a business administrator who graduated from FGV-EAESP and has worked for over 15 years at the intersection of technology, finance, and real estate. He is the CEO and co-founder of CUB, an infrastructure fintech for real estate receivables and post-sales operations, recognized as an Endeavor ScaleUp in 2023. He serves as an angel investor in startups and is also a Board Member at Loja Integrada, a company controlled by VTEX (NYSE: VTEX). Prior to CUB, Leonardo co-founded Kunumi, one of the first Brazilian artificial intelligence companies, which was acquired by Bradesco in 2024. He also co-founded Neemu, an e-commerce search and recommendation startup acquired by Linx S.A. (B3: LINX3) in 2015. Additionally, he was a founding partner at Domus Digital, a company that played a key role in the digital transformation of Tok&Stok following an acqui-hire by Carlyle in 2019. His career began in digital retail, where he was one of the leaders behind the transformation of Pontofrio.com into one of Brazil’s largest e-commerce platforms—serving as Controller, CFO, and COO—and subsequently led the creation of the Extra.com marketplace, a pioneer in the sector. This operation gave rise to Cnova, a company that completed an IPO on NASDAQ (in 2014, ticker CNV).
André França is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Contax Participações S.A., and the former CEO of ELFE Manutenção e Operações S.A. He has held positions at companies such as SR Rating, EMBRAER, and Accenture. He served as CFO of VOKI S.A. (a joint venture between Telefónica, Intel Capital, and IdeiasNet) and as COO of WRR Investimentos S.A. He possesses extensive experience in leading corporate restructuring processes, operational and financial turnarounds, corporate performance optimization, and strategic business management. He holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.

José Écio Pereira da Costa Junior. Mr. Pereira da Costa Junior served as audit partner at Arthur Andersen & Co, from 1986 to 2002, when he became a partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Brazil, where he remained until 2007. Mr. Pereira da Costa Junior is a founding partner of JEPereira Consultoria em Gestão de Negócios S/S, and serves as member of the boards of directors and audit committees of a number of publicly held companies. He served as member of the board of directors and member of the audit committee of Gafisa S.A., from 2008 to 2018; member of the statutory audit committee of Fibria S.A., from 2013 to 2018; and chairman of the fiscal council of Fibria S.A., from 2009 to 2013. He currently serves as coordinator of the audit committee of Votorantim Cimentos S.A., since 2013; coordinator of the audit committees of CBA Cia Brasileira de Aluminio, Votorantim Energia S.A. and Citrosuco S.A.; and member of the audit committee of CESP S.A. He serves as member of the board of directors of Princecampos Participações S.A., since 2010. He also served as member of the board of directors of BRMalls S.A., from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Pereira da Costa Junior holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from FGV and in accounting from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.

Fiscal Counsil
Jacqueline Lorena Ribeiro has served on Fiscal Councils and Advisory Committees for seven years, in addition to possessing extensive C-level experience and a background spanning the infrastructure, retail, manufacturing, services, and food and beverage sectors. She holds an MBA in Finance from FGV, an Executive MBA in Controllership and Finance from FGV, as well as certifications from board member training programs. She has experience serving on the fiscal councils of various companies.
Guilherme Pereira Alves is an executive with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic management. He served as CFO and Board Member at Bluefit, leading its IPO process and capital raise with Mubadala Capital. Currently, he is the CFO of Decolores and Chairman of the Fiscal Council at Mitre Realty. He began his career at BTG Pactual and subsequently held prominent positions at HS Investimentos, Rituals Brasil, and Primum Educação. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lincoln Memorial University.
Tiago Curi Isaac is a senior professional in governance and capital markets, a former CEO and Board Member of DGH FOODS, Chairman of the Fiscal Council at Petz, and a member of the fiscal councils of various companies, in addition to having served at B3 as Superintendent of Listed Companies. A graduate in Business Administration, he has completed various specialization programs, including those at the Wharton School and the IBGC.
