Mobly starts its activities by raising funds from institutional funds, and mobly.com.br is put online. The German group Rocket Internet becomes a controlling shareholder.

Rocket Internet performs a corporate reorganization to unite all its investments in the home & living sector under the same holding company, thus creating Home24. It would become Mobly’s largest shareholder in the next five years.

The company runs a corporate reorganization and now holds direct control of Mobly Varejista and two other subsidiaries, Mobly Hub (transports) and Mobly Brand (licensing). The Guldi brand is founded as a line within the Mobly website.

Mobly opens its first physical store in the city of São Paulo. Currently, it has 11 stores, including megastores, outlets and Mobly ZIP. The Guldi brand is launched.

The Company becomes a corporation and integrates another holding company that held an interest in its subsidiaries. At the same time, Mobly Varejista incorporates Mobly Brand and takes over the operations of the Company’s group.
